Hinge Handle - Sandwich Boards (Accessories)

A complete set of four T-nuts and screws designed for seamless installation of our hinge handles. The zinc-plated finish ensures durability and resistance to rust.

Included Components:

• T-nuts (1/4" diameter)

• Screws (3/16" x 5/8")

Installation Guide:

A 1/4" drill bit is required.

• For 12" Handles: Drill two holes per board. The holes should be 9 1/8" apart on the first side and 10 7/8" apart on the second side.

• For 16" Handles: Drill four holes per board. On the first side, drill holes 12 3/4" apart. On the second side, drill holes 14 1/2" apart.

• Best Practice: To ensure a perfect fit, we highly recommend using the handle itself as a template to mark your hole locations on the boards before drilling. Insert the T-nuts from the back of the boards and bang them in with a hammer.  Then place the handle to the front of the board and secure with the screws through the handle into the board.
