I also play a key role in information flow, making sure everyone has the right details at the right time. But my duties extend beyond internal operations. I frequently interact with our customers, understanding their needs and prioritizing their requests. This helps ensure we meet deadlines and deliver a positive experience.

My job involves interacting with clients in person and over the phone, addressing proofing and other new order inquiries. I am here to assist clients visiting the shop or picking up orders, ensuring a positive experience. I am dedicated to helping clients get what they need!
In my spare time, I enjoy unwinding with a good movie and singing with my church choir. Aurora United Church (AUC) holds a special place in my heart, even after facing adversity when it burned down and had to be rebuilt. I am always looking for ways to create meaningful connections with both clients and within the community.
