ALL photos and logos that are images should be a JPEG or PNG at 300 dpi resolution and submitted as the actual size required or LARGER.
If you are sending print-ready artwork, send it as a PDF in CMYK format. Please DO NOT include Crop Marks or Overbleeds. Submit artwork at Actual Print Size.
Open Links menu from the top menu Window tab.
In the Links menu shift select all of your images and click the triple bar menu at the top right corner.
Select Embed Images.
Shift select all of the text in your design.
Open Type tab from top menu and select Create Outlines.
Save as a separate file incase you want to edit text in the future.
Select File in the top menu.
Highlight Document Color Mode and check off CMYK Color.
To save PDF select File in the top menu and select Save As...
In the Save as file type: dropdown menu select Adobe PDF (*.PDF)
Click on the Save button
If you are sending print-ready artwork from Canva, send it as a PDF in CMYK format.
On the menu bar, select the Share icon.
Select Download.
On the File type dropdown, choose PDF Print.
If your design has multiple pages, choose the pages you want to download from the dropdown, and select Done.
Uncheck Flatten PDF.
Select Download.
On the menu bar, select the Share icon.
Select Download.
On the File type dropdown, choose PDF Print.
If your design has multiple pages, choose the pages you want to download from the dropdown, and select Done.
On the Color Profile dropdown, select CMYK.
Uncheck Flatten PDF.
Select Download.

Please note: All bulk quantity offset printing orders (business cards, postcards, custom magnetic calendar sheets, etc.) approved and paid for after December 5, 2024, may not be delivered until January 2025.
