Stable in most conditions. Hook and eye can be purchased separately for extra stability.
Lamination is NOT a replacemnet for dry erase marker panels. Lamination is NOT a rewritable film - marker will not wash off.
Add a Marker Panel if you want to add the property address with our waterproof ZIG Posterman markers. Ink comes off with Windex or other ammonia-based cleaner.
