You may return or exchange any of the following items to the Signs In The Making Aurora showroom for any reason, for a full refund, if the item is unopened or unused within 7 days of purchase or delivery:

  • Any unused stock signage including stock riders, stock standups, stock license plate covers or stock coroplast tents.
  • Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) markers or miniature real estate sign buisiness card holders.
  • Any unused feature sheet holders or business card holders.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items, VaultLock lock boxes, or items returned more than 7 days past purchase or delivery.  We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at Signs In The Making or


Replacement of Damaged of Defective Items

If you received a defective item that is sold by and need to replace it with the same item, please call 416-406-0002 to make a request.  Replacement will be determinded on a case by case basis.

Returning Customized Products

Customized products include products that are personalized or custom printed. Customized products cannot be returned and are non-refundable.  Online orders not approved within 30 days cannot be returned or refunded.  Online orders older that 30 days are eligible of store credit only.  Art Charges, cropping fees & setup fees are non-refundable.
